Search for a case by Party Name(s): It is best practice not to type in all words in a case name. Just type the most distinctive terms and avoid abbreviations altogether. For example, to find Barber v Somerset County Council, just type Barber Somerset.
Spelling: The search engine will not correct or guess at spelling for you. For more help with spelling, click here. If you are still having trouble, instead of doing a case name search try browsing BAILII's A-Z case title lists.
You can also search for documents by keywords in the title by clicking on Find Items by Title in the "Related Links" box on the Multidatabase Search page and any results page.
